The J6 Select Committee Violated the Federal Records Act

The Federal Records Act was designed so that a record of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING our Government, Elected Officials, and Employees do is retained forever because it is the property of the People not of the Government. Now there has to be of course things that must Classified Secret which is not only acceptable but is expected to be quit a large percentage of it.
Keep those facts in mind as we look at what the January 6th Select Committee did with the Records, Documentations, and Recordings from their Soviet Show Trial to destri President Trump, and all those that support him.
The Federal Records Act
Records are the foundation of open government, supporting the principles of transparency, participation, and collaboration. Well-managed records can be used to assess the impact of programs, to improve business processes, and to share knowledge across the Government. Records protect the rights and interests of people, and hold officials accountable for their actions. Permanent records document our nation’s history.
CHAPTER 101—RECORDS AND REPORTS
§ 2071. Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally (a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes
and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or
deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or
with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper,
or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term ‘‘office’’ does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
Congressman Barry Loudermilk from Georgia’s 11th Congressional District is investigating the records of the January Select Committee to review exactly how this Soviet Show Trial Committee behaved itself. The Investigation is being done because the People have the Right to know the information. The People have the right to see everything that this committee collected, and exactly how they acted. It is the PUBLIC RECORD PERIOD. Not to mention that what this committee did, and how they behaved led to the imprisonment of 100s of people for over the past 3 years, with others sentenced to 10yrs and longer all for Trespassing & Disturbing the Peace.
No you may believe this was an Insurrection to Overthrow the Government, or you may believe it was all a setup created by Nancy Pelosi, the FBI, and the Capital Police. Members of the Committee are saying it was an Election Year Stunt.
No matter where you fall on the legitimacy of the Committee, or the events of January 6th, what is clear is the Members of the Committee Violated the Law. A Committee that was designed to prevent Donald Trump from ever being able to hold office committed crimes that demand that those still serving stepdown, and all them to be barred from every holding office.
What has been discovered is that every testimony that was given to the J6 Committee was Video Recorded. Every Video recording was deleted the week before the information was to be turned over to the incoming Republican Congress. Along with the video recordings being destroyed every document that does not support the “Insurrection” Narrative that the J6 Committee peddled has also been deleted. Over 1 1/2 Terabytes of Data has been deleted.
The Elected Officials trying to bar Trump from Office have committed a Crime that bar’s themselves. Except they are Politicians and The Law’s don’t apply to them, only zhlubs like you and I.
