I think most impartial observers would agree that the Metropolitan Police is unfit for purpose and that Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley is a particular embarrassment! Most recently, Rowley has come to the defence of a Special Constable who told a gospel singer in Oxford Street to stop singing ”Church songs” in public. He admits that she got the law wrong but then claims criticism of her is ”racist”. Rowley also needs to go.
