Ladies and gentlemen, brace yourselves, because the World Health Organisation (WHO) has got a new treaty up its sleeve. They’re calling it the ‘Pandemic Accord’, but make no mistake, it’s a power grab of epic proportions.
Now, the WHO’s Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has been on social media trying to reassure us that this new treaty won’t trample on individual countries’ sovereignty. But hold on a minute, because there are some sneaky amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) being proposed too. And these changes could cede unprecedented authority to the WHO, leaving serious questions about state sovereignty.
These amendments can be passed with a simple majority vote in the World Health Assembly, without any national ratification procedures. That means they could fly under the radar without parliamentary scrutiny or public awareness.
Some of the amendments even suggest that the WHO’s advice would be legally binding on all state parties and their people. Can you imagine that? One unelected, unaccountable person making decisions that could impact billions of lives. It’s a concentration of power that’s simply unimaginable.
The proposed changes would also give the WHO the power to issue binding requirements for lockdowns, masks, quarantines, border closures, travel restrictions, mandatory vaccinations, mandatory medical examinations, and other measures as they see fit. That’s a lot of power to be handing over to an organisation that isn’t democratically elected.
And if that’s not enough, the amendments seek to implement an international database system that would enable nations to enforce travel restrictions through various certificates and forms, all tied to a personal QR code. Big Brother is watching, people.
But wait, there’s more. The WHO also wants to significantly increase its funding to set up an extensive surveillance process in all member states, which the WHO will verify regularly through a country review mechanism. That’s right, they want to monitor us all, all the time.
And let’s not forget the self-perpetuating pandemic industry that would be created. There would be a massive incentive to declare and respond to perceived threats, restricting the lives of member state populations while accruing profits for WHO sponsors through pharmaceutical recommendations and mandates.
All or some of these amendments could be passed as soon as next month, without any discussion or debate in member states. And once they’re passed, they become binding on all 194 WHO member states. It’s a scary thought, folks.
But we can’t just sit back and let this happen. We need to raise public awareness and take action. The World Council for Health (WCH) and Children’s Health Defense are launching a campaign called The Great Freeset, with suggested actions we can take to address this global threat to our health and sovereignty.
The WCH has even raised a petition to hold a parliamentary vote in the UK on whether to object to previously passed amendments and to reject most of the additional amendments under negotiation. It’s time to make our voices heard, people.
Let’s not be fooled by the WHO’s propaganda about improving pandemic responses. These amendments would lead to the same mistakes we saw during Covid being made all over again. So let’s not allow outrageous monopoly powers over public health to be given away to an unelected supranational organisation. As the old adage goes, “The welfare of mankind has long been the alibi of tyrants.”
Let us ever be mindful of the adage ‘The welfare of mankind has long been the alibi of tyrants’.
