The dream of our Overlords is that individuals and businesses will do their bidding, so the politicians can distance themselves from these illogical and deleterious interventions. For example, the recent 2023 Halifax, NS, Fringe Festival was masks mandatory. 2023, in the summer? Sounds mad. However, that organization depends on money, gifted from the Federal government and, no doubt, the grant application form incentivizes incorporating Covid mitigation strategies.
