Wales go missing at Easter!

It says something when even the Epstein associate the Duke of York appeared at the Easter Sunday service at Windsor Castle with King Charles but Prince William and Princess Catherine were nowhere to be seen.

Prince William and Princess Kate have “ducked out” of royal tradition for the second year in a row, as the Wales family chose to spend Easter weekend in Norfolk – missing the key Easter Sunday service in Windsor. William and Kate’s decision – approved by King Charles – meant they could spend quality time with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis before their return to school.

Don’t you find this…strange? The Easter Sunday service is the culmination of the Christian calendar and Prince William is next line to be King and Head of the Anglican Church so his decision to “skip” this key event in the Church calendar for two years in a row is deeply troublesome. Does he not have an interest in the very Church that his constitutional role obliges him to head? Is there another reason that we are not being told? His wife, Princess Catherine, has been having treatment for an unspecified cancer for over a year now, might that be a reason?

I really don’t buy into this “spending quality time with his children” line that Kensington Palace put out. I suspect the real reason is that the couple choose not to expose themselves to the glare of the world’s media but WHY that should be the case I cannot say. Over the past year or so I believe that the Wales’ have been less than forthcoming with the truth concerning Kate and this is just one example of this evasiveness. Something is rotten in the State of the Royalty.
