I was pleased to read that the FBI have arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan for allegedly aiding an illegal immigrant, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, in evading arrest.
This decisive action aligns with President Trump’s commitment to securing US borders and ensuring that no one is above the law. And that includes Judges!
FBI Director Kash Patel exposed Dugan’s actions, revealing she allowed Flores-Ruiz, a Mexican national with a criminal record, to slip out of her courtroom through a side door. This blatant obstruction of justice undermines the safety of American citizens and defies the Trump administration’s stance on illegal immigration.
It has to be punished and the Judge must pay the price of her alleged activism.
Attorney General Pam Bondi emphasised that Dugan’s detention sends a clear message: no one, not even a judge, can shield illegal aliens from accountability.
Flores-Ruiz, previously deported in 2013, faced misdemeanour battery charges, yet amazingly Dugan chose to prioritise his escape over public safety.
Despite her pathetic protests, Dugan’s actions reflect a dangerous disregard for the rule of law, emboldened by her endorsement from Milwaukee’s Democratic mayor. Facing up to six years in prison, her arrest is a victory for justice and a testament to the Trump administration’s resolve to protect the US from those who harboUr illegal immigrants.
The swift apprehension of Flores-Ruiz after a brief chase further proves the effectiveness of ICE and FBI agents in executing President Trump’s vision for a secure America. This case is a stark reminder that judges must uphold the law, not obstruct it.
There is an entire strata of activist judges, many appointed by Obama, who work tirelessly to subvert President Trump’s wishes. I would like to see them all impeached and put in the dock. The truth is that their activism is a perversion of the Law and it’s about time they were at the receiving end of the justice they dole out.
