I saw the BBC Verify claiming that Hurricane Milton has not been bio-engineered and to suggest otherwise is misinformation.
Usually, when BBC Verify asserts something like this, I take it as confirmation that the opposite is true.
The uncomfortable fact of the matter is that various Governments have been seeking to manipulate weather for at least 75 years and we have the receipts on this starting with what happened back in August 1952 to the little coastal Devon village of Lynmouth.
It suffered what was arguably the worst river flood in English history and it cost 34 lives. The water that fell in that one day would supply the water needs of Lynmouth’s total population for 108 years. It was unlike anything that had ever been seen before. I have been to visit Lynmouth and there is still physical evidence of what happened all those decades ago.
Let’s now look at what caused this catastrophe.
The disaster was officially termed “the hand of God” but evidence from previously classified government files suggests that a team of international scientists working with the RAF was experimenting with artificial rainmaking in southern Britain in the same week and could possibly be implicated.
Squadron Leader Len Otley, who was working on what was known as Operation Cumulus, has told the BBC that they jokingly referred to the rainmaking exercise as Operation Witch Doctor. His navigator, Group Captain John Hart, remembers the success of these early experiments: “We flew straight through the top of the cloud, poured dry ice down into the cloud. We flew down to see if any rain came out of the cloud. And it did about 30 minutes later, and we all cheered.”
Got that – the RAF were actively cloud seeding and they have confirmed that they were doing so.
The meteorological office has in the past denied there were any rainmaking experiments conducted before 1955, but a BBC Radio 4 history investigation has unearthed documents recently released at the public record office showing that they were going on from 1949 to 1955. RAF logbooks and personnel corroborate the evidence.
So, for clarity, even in the 1950’s, there were secret experiments going on as to how the weather could be manipulated. Fast forward in time and countries like Dubai and China openly discuss their proven ability to manipulate weather. The question is what capacity and knowledge does the US Government possess? We all have heard of the US military directed HAARP programme but do we know the limitations it has?
It seems to me that it is entirely rational to ask questions about how and who is manipulating our weather! Wasn’t it such a coincidence that the UK experienced unseasonably pleasant weather when they locked us down in Spring 2020?
