You would need a heart of stone not to laugh. For the past month, Irish Political Leaders have been in a state of panic. No INVITE to the annual White House St. Patrick’s jamboree in the White House had been received. This usually arrives mid February and so they must have wondered would Trump exclude them? (given their electioneering in favour of Kamala Harris and their fanatical pro Palestinian position) But then came the bad news a few days ago – the formal invite had been received.
