Body Positivism is negative Satanism!

The Bible makes it clear that our body is our temple and we should treat it with care. Gluttony and obesity are not the way to go this but in recent years we have seen the rise of the so-called “body positivity” movement which I think is a satanic inversion of the biblical command.

The body positivity movement, supposedly rooted in advocating for self-acceptance and challenging unrealistic beauty standards, has morphed into a deeply troubling narrative that glorifies the most unhealthy lifestyles. What began as a call to accept different body types has been co-opted into a dangerous ideology that celebrates obesity as an alternative form of health, all under the guise of promoting self-love. This shift is not only misleading but also poses significant risks to public health, while ever do conveniently serving the interests of industries that profit from illness.

Obesity, a condition linked to serious health issues like heart disease, diabetes, and joint disorders, was once universally recognised as a medical concern. Decades of research have established that excess body fat increases mortality rates and strains healthcare systems. Yet, the modern body positivity movement often dismisses these facts, framing any critique of obesity as “fatphobia” or discrimination. By equating self-acceptance with the uncritical celebration of all body sizes, the movement normalises life-threatening conditions and discourages individuals from taking responsibility for their health. This is not empowerment; it is a denial of reality that undermines genuine well-being.

The consequences of this are far-reaching. By promoting the idea that “health at every size” is attainable, the movement stifles honest conversations about the importance of balanced nutrition, exercise, and medical intervention when necessary. Instead of encouraging people to make informed choices, it fosters complacency, leaving individuals vulnerable to chronic illnesses. This is particularly concerning when influencers and celebrities, often with little medical expertise, champion these ideas to impressionable audiences, prioritising feelings over facts.

Moreover, the body positivity deception aligns suspiciously well with the interests of industries that thrive on poor health. Big Pharma profits from the rising demand for medications to treat obesity-related conditions, while the processed food sector continues to peddle cheap, calorie-dense products that fuel the epidemic. Ever watched what people consume in Starbucks? These industries have no incentive to challenge a narrative that keeps consumers unhealthy and dependent. By cloaking their inaction in the language of self-love, they evade accountability while the public pays the price.

The body positivity movement is destructive and anti Biblical. It positively revels in its gluttonous negativity and no good can possibly come from it. It’s interesting that as our society approaches end times this movement arises.

I see that as more than just a coincidence.
