A person is not a “Convicted” anything until sentenced. You hear the left cry over and over that Trump is a “Convicted Felon”, but he’s not. He soon will be, of that there is no doubt. The Stalinist Biden Regime has worked very hard towards that goal. In a few days it may actually become a true statement.
The Communist/Dictatorist/Tyrannist Democrat Party under the organization of the Biden Justice Department has sought to convict Trump during the entire Biden Presidency. The DOJ coordinated with lunatic DA’s across the country to try and find or invent a crime to convict him of.
Not one case that has been brought against Trump will stand up under appeal. Everyone of the cases including EJ Carrols were created from whole cloth. For the left that means they were made up. The case brought by Soros DA Alvin Bragg is the biggest joke of them all.
Acting Judge Juan Merchan is determined to follow through on what has been one of, if not THE most corrupt cases in American History. From the made up crime, the conflict of interest of the Judges daughter using the hearing to sell campaign advertising, the Judges repeated non-legal rulings from the bench, to the very fact that the Jury NEVER came to a single verdict, this case has been what used to be called a Soviet Show Trial. Regretfully it can now be called Democrat standard procedure.

New York Democrat Judge Schedules Trump Sentencing 10 Days Before His Inauguration
On Friday, a New York Democrat judge denied Donald Trump’s request to dismiss the lawfare brought against him by Manhattan’s leftist prosecutor. He also scheduled a sentencing hearing for the president-elect 10 days before he’s sworn into office.
In his 18-page ruling, New York County Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan — who previously donated to Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign — declined the soon-to-be 47th president’s motion to toss a May 2024 jury verdict convicting him of 34 felony counts. New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought the case. The jury in deep-blue Manhattan found Trump guilty on all counts related to a payment his then-lawyer made to a pornographer as part of a nondisclosure agreement ahead of the 2016 election.
“Finding no legal impediment to sentencing and recognizing that Presidential immunity will likely attach once Defendant takes his Oath of Office, it is incumbent upon this Court to set this matter down for the imposition of sentence prior to January 20, 2025,” Merchan wrote. “It is this Court’s firm belief that only by bringing finality to this matter will all three interests be served.”
No it will do nothing but add to the proof of this entire corrupt affair. Cementing this disgrace into American History.
In his Friday ruling, Merchan claimed that “Presidential immunity from criminal process for a sitting president does not extend to a President-elect” and that “a President-elect is not permitted to avail himself of the protections afforded to the individual occupying that Office.”
“Any claim Defendant may have that circumstances have changed as a result of Defendant’s victory in the Presidential election, while convenient, is disingenuous,” Merchan wrote. “Defendant has always pronounced, since the inception of this case, confidence and indeed the expectation, that he would prevail in the 2024 Election — confidence that has proven well founded. … Thus, it was fair for this Court to trust that his request to adjourn sentencing until after the election carried with it the implied consent that he would face sentence during the window between the election and the taking of the oath of office.”
BULLSHIT !
Merchan said that “while Trump could have faced up to four years behind bars on each of the counts, ‘a sentence of an unconditional discharge appears to be the most viable solution to ensure finality’ and [indicated he will] allow Trump to pursue his appeal options,” according to the Post.
Isn’t that nice of the Judge, he’s going to allow him to appeal. Unlike the Unconstitutional Gag Order that the Judge has held on Trump preventing him to speak for the entire duration of the case, that he will allow. How magnanimous of him.
We must also not forget that Judge Merchan is an Acting Judge, a Provisional Judge.

An acting judge is a provisional judge appointed for a short tenure and assigned with the powers and functions of a permanent judge1. Acting judges are appointed when a judge of a municipal or county court is temporarily absent23. The High Court Judges (Conditions of Service) Act, 1954 defines the term ‘acting judge’ as an individual appointed under Art.224 of the Constitution to perform the functions of a judge1.
Provisional Judges are appointed by a Random Lottery. Judge Merchan however has been the same Judge who has magically won that lottery repeatedly in cases against Trump, the Trump Organization, and Trump associates like Steve Bannon. Nothing to see here, move along….
The Democrats will finally have their “Talking Point” of “Convicted Felon” if the sentencing is carried out as scheduled 10 days before Trump is sworn back in as President of the United States.
I want to personally thank Judge Merchan. I truly believe he and his court did more to put Trump back in office than anything other than Biden’s Open Borders. So thank you Judge, may history remember you well and long for being one of the most corrupt pieces of sh** to ever sit the bench.
