President Biden Pardoned his son Hunter. There is not a person alive who didn’t know that was coming.
That being said what does it really mean? It means that the prosecution of the Biden Crime Family has to be weighed by cost versus benefit. Joe Biden has spent his entire life making his family, and himself rich by peddling influence.
The bagman for Joe for most of his political career was his brother Jim. In the last 15 years, or so those duties were passed onto his son Hunter. Joe Biden has been a politician for over 50 years. In that period of time except as President his salary never exceeded $200,000. As President you get paid $400,000. His family owns no companies that produce any products, and they have no inherited wealth.
Joe’s personal worth is over $8 Million, the family has over $100 Million in cash and assets. Joe is the source of all that income. It is prima facie corruption, how did you make the money? In Biden’s case it’s from selling influence, the worst of that influence peddling took place from his time as Vice President. The Pardon to his Son covers that time period. His son was the intermediary for all of Joe’s influence peddling during that time period.
Because of the pardon Hunter can no longer invoke the 5th Amendment’s right not to incriminate himself. The pardon protects him from being charged with any crime he admits to. This creates the ability to compel Hunter to testify about the Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese deals whose money transfers took place through the 142 shell companies. He could be forced to testify what the transfers were for, and who the money was dispersed to. Sounds great don’t it ? Here’s the problem.
Joe Biden is A) a former President, and a former Senator, and more important B) President Biden isn’t long for this world. Not to ignore the fact that he has been found incompetent to testify by a Federal Attorney. That may not have played in forcing him out of office but it will in a criminal case against him. The type of case that would be brought would be a RICO case, the same as any crime family. Such a case would take years. It would also be propagandized everyday in the MSM as a weapon against the Trump Administration.
Is the cost in Time, Money, and Propaganda worth pursuing ? What will really be gained ? The Biden family will be destroyed, but the corruption of Justice in America and in the Congress will be untouched by the persecutions of the Biden’s. The problems that created his corruption will continue with other members of Congress without missing a beat. The Biden’s should be prosecuted, but it can not be the priority of the next four years.
The priority must be as incoming Attorney General Bondi put it. “The Prosecution of the Prosecutors”. The Team of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel have to spend all their resources in removing from the Justice Department all those who have become the pawns of the political elite. Those who have used their Law Enforcement powers to persecute political enemies while protecting members of the federal government from being prosecuted for even blatant crimes. The last 4 Heads of the FBI have committed Perjury and lied on FISA Warrants. Not one of them has been prosecuted. There are 1000s of cases of judicial malfeasance that has just been ignored that must come to and end. The Political Influence must end.
This task is going to consume every resource of the Justice Department. It will also if successful have a history changing effect on the Nation. The Department of Justice and the FBI were created to handle crimes that were to large for individual states to prosecute. The States did not have the manpower, nor the Jurisdiction to cross state lines. That power is to be used to defend the American People Crimes being committed against them from both foreign and domestic criminal actors. That power is supposed to be independent of and also applied to members of the Federal Government, elected or employed by.
That task alone is going to be Herculean. Do we want to waste the capital it will take to attempt that task. or the task of prosecuting the Biden Crime Family ? Turn the Biden’s over to Civil Crimes Task Force where it will be much easier to prosecute the washed up political crime family. They can do no additional harm to the country. The corruption of the justice system itself will continue to damage the country and must be brought to an end.
