Yesterday was the first of the Confirmation Hearings for Trump’s Cabinet positions. This one was for Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. These spectacles are always an embarrassment to our country.
I have posted the full hearing. I watched the entire thing, but I would never expect anyone else to suffer through the nightmare. Start the Video and just put the dot anywhere on the timeline and you shall see the ridiculousness that it was.
If the Republicans do their job and stick together, the Peoples will will be carried out and Hegseth will be Confirmed, but with the Republicans that is always a big risk. They have just as little interest in the peoples desires as the Democrats do, and just as much hate for Trump as the press and dems.
Trump has 4 years to get things turned back in the right direction to save the country from itself. These hearings are the first tests to whether or not that will be possible. Let us pray that it is.
