So I got myself into an exchange on X with a neurosurgeon and his minions and thought I would expand on it for your entertainment. It concerns the NHS and how we optimise it for the British people. I should say from the get go that I personally don’t believe the NHS can be ‘saved” as the model is fundamentally flawed and puts patients last and NHS staff first. It is full of Labour activists at all levels and, in my view, beyond salvation. That said, I still felt that I HAD to respond to this!
