Gary Shapley is a career IRS Investigator. A forensic accountant trained to do one thing, and one thing only: Track money and prosecute those who don’t follow the IRS code. He’s a registered Republican, but not a MAGA fanatic. He openly states that he has voted for both D’s and R’s. When you hear him speak he comes off just as he is, a serious numbers nerd.
He has become a whistleblower not out of politics, or any personal axe to grind. He had the godawful luck of drawing the investigation into Hunter Biden’s Taxes. An investigation that has been going on for 6 years. Mr. Shapley was the supervisor of a dozen IRS agents investigating the “Tax Problems” that Hunter Biden has had since before Trump was even in office.
Mr. Shapley started to get concerned only when he was ordered not to follow any of the money trails that investigating Hunter led to. Standard procedure is that you follow the money, except this investigation was being ordered to only encapsulate Hunter Biden, none of his business partners, and certainly none of his family.
During the course of this investigation he and his team uncovered enough evidence against Hunter to charge him with multiple felonies, as well as misdemeanors. Except that just didn’t happen. Instead Hunter got a fine and had to pay some back taxes on only a fraction of the money. Not a single felony.
The final straw for Mr. Shapley was the meeting he had with US Attorney Weiss. Besides Mr. Shapley and AUSA Weiss, there were 6 other witnesses in the room. AUSA Weiss told agent Shapley that he was being told that he could not pursue the money trail into both the California and D.C. US Federal Prosecutor’s District. AUSA Weiss said that he would get AG Garland to elevate him to a Special Prosecutor. Which of course never took place.
According to AG Garland AUSA Weiss has the authority of a Special Prosecutor, and even Weiss has publicly said that he was not constrained by anyone, yet no Felonies were charged, no money trails into other districts were followed, and no investigations into the other people that the illegal money flowed to have ever taken place. The final meeting with DOJ to draw up the charges against Hunter Biden, both Mr. Shapley and his lead investigator were supposed to present the evidence. Both were barred from the meeting, and Hunter was charged with no felonies, and given a sweetheart deal on the misdemeanors.
The lead agent that worked under Shapley is a second whistleblower whose testimony has yet to be made public.
Hunter Biden was the bagman for the Biden family business. He is who all the Bribe money went through. In this case we are talking $8.3 Million from China, Ukraine, and Romania. The money was laundered through 23 shell companies. None of the companies make a product, none of them offer any services, none of them even have an office. They are just conduits for foreign nations to pay Hunter for whatever it is he was selling which no one has yet to identify.
