I will not submit, I will not comply
The State wants to drive out all small landlords and ensure that rental property is in the hands of fewer but large corporations. In this way it controls the property market. From next summer, Labour brings in new legislation which makes life increasingly unbearable for the small landlord and THAT is by intent.
