UK Attorney General Lord Richard Hermer and UK PM Sir Keir Starmer go back a long way. They worked together at Doughty Street Chambers, a liberal legal practice in London best known for its focus on human rights law. They met back in 1996 when Hermer joined these chambers. Starmer was a founding member of Doughty Street Chambers.
