“Extreme Misogyny = terrorism”?

We are descending into an arch-feminist driven hell in the UK to match the rancid authoritarianism from Starmer. Consider this insanity;

Extreme misogyny will be treated as terrorism for the first time under Government plans to combat the radicalisation of young men online.

What? Can anyone even define what is meant by “extreme misogyny’? If this means violence directed at women, we already have laws to deal with that.

Yvette Cooper, the Home Secretary, has ordered a review of Britain’s counter-extremism strategy to urgently address what she thinks gaps in the Government’s stance, The Sunday Telegraph can reveal.

It will look at tackling violence against women and girls in the same way as Islamist and far-Right extremism, amid fears that current Home Office guidance is too narrow.

So she thinks that violence towards women is the same as Islamic jihad? In fact she thinks it is TERRORISM. And she is Home Secretary.

The suggestion is that “young men” are being radicalised on-line to hold misogynist views against women. OK, does that mean that Islam is to be banned on-line as it clearly places women in an inferior position. Have you seen how women are treated in that ideology? No, it doesn’t. However Andrew Tate is singled out in the article as being someone in the possible cross-hairs.

Listen, misogynist behaviour may be very unwelcome but I can’t see how it is reaches the bar of being criminal behaviour. Violent behaviour is already a crime. So she seems to want to redefine misogyny (lawful, if unwelcome) and warp it in the garb of actual terrorism (unlawful and likely to receive a severe criminal sentence)

I looked up a definition of misogyny.

Misogyny is hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against women or girls. It is a form of sexism that can keep women at a lower social status than men, thus maintaining the social roles of patriarchy. Misogyny has been widely practised for thousands of years.

So Misogyny can be seen to be a basic contempt for women but Is that ALL women, some women, one woman? The act of Wolf whistling has been captured into this category and any man who wants to show his attraction to a woman by whistling at her risks losing his job and faces a criminal sanction EVEN IF the woman is ok with the whistle. I suppose under Yvette Cooper a SWAT team may be called in to sort out the vile terroristic wolf whistling misogynist brute.

I’m from a generation that was brought up to treat women with respect and politeness. I know there is a minority of men who treat women badly and if that behaviour verges on violence then they should be dealt with using EXISTING laws. Creating new feminista-approved categories of crime and then calling it “terrorism” is ridiculous.

Final though, why isn’t there a crime called “extreme misandry’?
