BBC Question Time is an atrocious programme and no one should watch it but last night it luxuriated in a ”gotcha” moment with a hapless Conservative Minister on the panel who was apparently unsure if DR Congo and Rwanda were different countries. However, the gotcha isn’t what they think and I can prove it.
