The rule of law is essential to any functioning country and it is crucial that it is seen to be fair and even handed. Many may conclude that is no longer the case when they read headlines like these;
This is happening at a time when other Judges are saying things like this;
If it LOOKS like two-tier justice and it smells like two-tier justice, it IS Two-tier Justice and thus an abomination.
