Scottish cities and towns overflow with rubbish even as Nicola Sturgeon’s public residence has a private collector take away all the waste. So rats infest Edinburgh and Glasgow but the biggest rats of all stay insulated from the miserly! Meanwhile, my own Council has stopped collecting rubbish for two weeks now and the debris mounts up!
