It’s suggested that the Labour Government is hoping to introduce a ”pay per mile” tariff on all motorists. This is estimated at 15pm/mile. Clearly, the LESS you drive the less you pay – and THAT is their aim.

We already have a pay per mile tax, it’s called fuel tax.
