The Supreme Court has spoken. It does NOT have the power to authorise a further Scottish Independence referendum to the chagrin of Nicola Sturgeon. Can you hear the howling from Hollyrood? The only LAWFUL way in which there can be a further such Referendum is IF the Westminster Parliament says it can happen – and there is NO will in tha place to allow it.
