Leading BBC TV News presenter Huw Edwards has resigned from the BBC ”with immediate effect” citing ”medical reasons”. This follows the allegations that he is accused of ”paying a teenager for sexually explicit photos, sending threatening messages to another young person, breaking COVID rules and sending ”creepy” messages to a 17-year-old” Huw has been off sick for nine months, on full pay, but now he and the BBC have decided to call time on the matter.
