A member of the BOE Monetary Policy Committee claims that Brexit is a driving force in UK Food inflation. Leaving the EU has created inflation we would not otherwise have experienced, she suggests! My question is simple – why has GERMANY got food inflation 50% HIGHER than the UK? Did it also leave the EU?
