It could well be more fundamental David, that is a problem-reaction-solution psyop. A staged “stabbing” incident followed by a “riot” instigated by agent provocateurs. I’ve no idea whether it was a real incident or not, however I am doubtful. It has the hallmarks of the Dublin “stabbing” incident and subsequent “riot”.
