Well, I wonder if you watched US President Joe Biden stumble through that excruciating State of the Union speech? I suppose the wonder is that he managed the 60 minutes without falling over or pooping his pants but even so, that’s still a pretty low bar of expectation! The Democrats must know that time is really up for Joe, but it seems to me that they are hell-bent (literally) on keeping him on to face Trump. It seems surreal but much of politics is and nothing surprises me anymore.
The abiding image of Biden during the Speech was an angry man, dividing America, hating “his predecessor” and desperate to talk about the Jan 6th Insurrection and why supporting Ukraine is fundamental to the US way of life! I suppose his Dementia doesn’t help – anger is often associated with Dementia although those who knew the younger Biden are in no doubt he was a mean SOB even then!
Did you see a grinning Kamala Harris sitting behind Biden as he made his ludicrous speech? She has this Rictus grin on her face and it’s hard to imagine that such a low grade person could follow Biden into the White House were something to happen him. People debate whether she could actually be replaced by someone more competent but she is black and she is a woman and THAT is enough for her to hold the Ace. So the Democrats have created a hellscape – and it is all coming to a climax in November. We have a hard left Democrat party with the Biden figure head vs a vengeful Trump. I have been in the Trump camp for years but am not blind to his weaknesses.
Let’s hope that come November, right will prevail in whatever form that takes.
