Thousands of Brits may find that they cannot enter Malta even though it goes on the Green List from today. First, the Malta Government declared it only wants the double-vaccinated and now it insists you must have an officiaL LETTER of confirmation of double vaccine sent by the NHS. The NHS app is not to be accepted.
