Honestly, this country is SO broken and the NHS exemplifies it.
This isn’t healthcare. It’s a sick joke played on every British pensioner rotting on a trolley in a corridor, every cancer patient waiting months for scans, every child begging for surgery while operating theatres sit empty.
The migrant – now officially a “she” – was diagnosed with gender dysphoria, played the role for a year, and boom: NHS foots the bill for the full Monty before the Home Office even rubber-stamps residency.
Tens of thousands of pounds down the drain while our own people die on waiting lists that stretch into eternity. Seven million-plus trapped in the waiting lists and this is what the system prioritises?
This migrant even posted smug selfies celebrating the new passport stamp – from “Mr” to “Miss” – like it’s some kind of victory lap! Meanwhile, us native Brits are treated like second-class citizens in their own country.
The NHS isn’t broken; it’s been deliberately sabotaged. Mass migration has flooded the system, resources are diverted to every woke cause under the sun, and hardworking taxpayers foot the bill for it all.
Enough. Strip out the waste, enforce proper eligibility, deport those gaming the system, and put British patients FIRST. Until that happens, trust in the NHS will keep evaporating – and stories like this will keep proving why.
