Well, this is it, my final substack before Christmas Day. I wanted to take a few moments to thank everyone who comes here to read my daily content. 2025 has been a busy year and I have had my ups and downs with this platform, but never the people on it. It’s been a pleasure to read your thoughts and I enjoy the exchanges we have had. This is a much more pleasant environment than social media which is why increasingly I spend more time here!
Substack has to operate under the pernicious On-line Safety Act and that is a real pressure for my content which by definite chooses to tackle the controversial and take an anti-establishment line. I have had some posts do really well this year and I discern the pattern for what my audience wants. Immigration, Islam and trans issues are high on the lists of my readers and they are also on mine! I do my level best to think through what I want to say before I publish and your feedback on the posts is always studied by me.
