Those of us living in the United States are engaged in a Civil War. The shooting hasn’t begun, I hope and advocate that it never will. Nonetheless we are in an internal war of Tyranny vs Republicanism. It is being waged in our Courts, in our Social Media, our Government, and at our Kitchen Tables. The first casualty of this 2nd Civil War has been the Rule of Law.
We have become a Nation of Men, not of Law. Our Law’s are not followed by our Government. Not between the Government and the People, nor between members of the Government against each other. It has become standard operating procedure to to Search a Citizens private and personal lives and documents without a Warrant and Due Process. To even curtail and censure our Speech.
Our Federal Police lie under oath, and falsify evidence as a standard of practice. When they are caught there isn’t even an apology, let alone a filing of charges against them. It is the same for our Politicians and Bureaucrats who take bribes, kickbacks, and engage in Insider Trading. Not only do they not get arrested, they become millionaires
This lack of following the Law and any type of Rules of Ethics is now being directly used to interfere with our elections. The Law has been weaponized by one political party against the other. Over the past 70 years our system has been taken over by a group of lifelong Politicians and Union Bureaucrats who believe that A) they are above the Law, B) that they know how everyone else should live their lives, and C) that they have the right to use the force of Government against any that disagree or don’t comply.
On the individual scale there are millions of us that the FBI admits to having illegally searched our DATA while they censor our speech. Those are both violations of our Bill of Rights. The fact that have been violating the Law and our Rights has been admitted to over and over by the FBI, and not one officer has lost their job or prosecuted. The most egregious violators have used the fact of their abuses to get multi-million dollar contracts from the MSM where they are celebrated as heroes.
On the big stage however gives us the grand show of the total abuse of the Law as a former President who is currently running for the job again has false charges brought against him for things that are not even crimes. While there is direct evidence of Bribery and multiple other Felonies are ignored in plain sight that aren’t just ignored but covered up.
President Biden has, by the evidence of Bank records and direct testimony, taken Bribes repeatedly from foreign companies, plus foreign enemy governments. It is so bad that a Gay Democrat Lead Investigator for the IRS has turned Whistleblower because of the outrageous abuse of the Law.

The two whistleblowers testified for 3 days last week, the full first day hearing is at the bottom of this post. I will be doing highlights from the 3 days of hearings as this week proceeds, but you need to hear both men’s opening statements for yourself.
These hearings were based solely on the Presidents crimes of obstruction Justice. The following information is on the finally released 3rd whistleblowers unclassified FD-1023 form that the FBI had to be forced to release which covers one set of documented bribes taken by President Biden.
The document is damning. If there wasn’t enough evidence for the GOP-controlled House to open impeachment proceedings against Biden before, there certainly is now. Recall that former President Donald Trump was impeached by Democrats just for asking the Ukrainian President about the Biden bribery scheme on a phone call in 2019.
Now we know there was good reason for Trump to be asking about it. We also know there’s far more evidence Biden engaged in impeachable (and possibly criminal) offenses than there ever was against Trump. When Democrats first impeached Trump at the end of 2019, they claimed he had solicited foreign interference in the 2020 election by asking Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky about the Biden bribery scheme. His questions now appear to be well-founded. They’re questions the FBI and Justice Department should have been asking back in 2017 when the informant first told the FBI what he knew.
What we’ve now learned from the four-page document — an unclassified FD-1023 form, which is used by the FBI to record credible reports and information from trusted confidential sources — is that Burisma allegedly paid $10 million in bribes to the Biden family so that Joe Biden, who at the time was vice president, would make the company’s legal problems in Ukraine disappear. Biden later bragged about how he pressured Ukrainian authorities to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma, by threatening to withhold aid to the country. At the time, Biden claimed Shokin was “corrupt.”
The next story goes into more detail of just what the FD-1023 shows, that the FBI refused to investigate.
The House Oversight Committee previously issued a subpoena to obtain the document, with which FBI Director Christopher Wray did not comply. Though he ultimately permitted the committee members to view the FD-1023 in a secure location, the contents remained unpublished until Grassley’s Thursday release.
The document shows that the bureau had a trusted source privy to Burisma’s efforts to quash a probe from then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin and its plans to expand to the U.S. and secure a company for IPO purposes.
- Burisma Holdings hired Hunter Biden to have his father “protect” the company.
- Burisma feared Shokin’s probe would stop its efforts to get publicly traded in the U.S.
- Burisma knew Hunter Biden had no experience, thought he was dumb, and sought additional counsel
- The CHS believed the payments made to the Bidens were ‘illicit’ in nature
- Burisma executives believed they had been coerced into hiring Hunter
- Zlochevsky bragged he had covered his tracks on the Biden payments
- The FBI received a lead involving cryptocurrency
- The FBI long knew that Joe’s associates called him the “Big Guy”
- The FBI began receiving information on the Bidens and Burisma as early as 2017
- The bureau’s former intelligence chief believes the memo warrants a criminal investigation of Joe Biden

The criminal activity of the Biden’s has been known by the FBI undeniably for the past 5 years. The FBI have ignored this well documented illegal activity committed by Biden, while at the same time it has falsified evidence pursuing Trump criminally to prevent his reelection.
