A Threat to Our Democracy
On April 4th 2023 a real Insurrection took place in the United States, an Insurrection against the Constitution and the American People.
President Trump was charged with 34 Felonies. All 34 charges are for one crime, a bookkeeping violation. Now in any legal case that’s called pilling on. You take one crime and charge the crime on every transaction involved in it. IE: Money is paid, that money is paid as part of the commission of a crime. Writing the check is 1 crime, recording the expense in the checkbook is 1 crime, filing that transaction on your taxes is 1 crime, and so on. That is how DA Bragg gets 34 charges out of one “crime”.

All of these charges that DA Bragg has brought are based on an NDA non-disclosure-agreement entered between Stormy Daniels and Donald J Trump. The DA’s case is that by engaging in the NDA and Filing the expense as Attorneys Fee’s because the NDA was to cover up a crime the NDA itself is a crime.
The NDA was scrutinized by the Department of Justice, by the Mueller Special Prosecution, and the New York Attorney General all who did not file charges against President Trump because they found no crime. DA Bragg say’s that it exists, he said according to NY State Law he does not have to disclose what that crime is.
I would like to read that Law, if it exists. If it does it is Unconstitutional. You can not arrest a person without telling them the Crime they are being charged with. How does a person prepare a defense when they don’t know the crime they are being charged with? All 34 charges that the DA has brought relies entirely on an underlying crime that has never been charged, let alone ever being convicted of any charge.
They have tried to Prosecute Trump for 8 years, not once have they ever got a conviction there is no preexisting conviction to turn any misdemeanor into a Felony, nor did DA Bragg charge him with a crime to tie all the misdemeanor’s together.
What will happen in this case we shall have to wait and see, if it defies the foundations of American Law and actually goes to Trial I have no doubt that a NY Jury will find him guilty. Not from any facts or evidence, simply because he is Donald J Trump.
Which is why this situation is the Threat to Our Democracy.
This case, the one in Georgia, and the Special Prosecutor are Political Persecutions. Their only purpose is to damage Trump’s Candidacy for President. The United States led by the Democrats have turned the United States down the same path as Russia and China where the way you deal with political opposition is to lock them up.
