How come you can never get your hands when kryptonite when you want it?

There is new Superman film coming our way, directed by James Gunn and released on July 11. It promises to be the most woke of the franchise, selling us on the benefits of allowing immigrants into our nation. Here is the producer Sean Gunn claiming it’s about supporting immigrants and that disliking it makes you un-American! Wow!

With just a few days to go before it is released, an extensive critique was published on the Daily Beat that has since been removed. The publication condemned Gunn’s latest offering as ‘the Final Nail in the Grave for the Superhero Genre.’

Points include a convoluted, humourless script, poor character development and a plot filled with ‘fanciful nonsense that soon renders the entire affair superficial and silly.’

Let’s ALSO deal with the director’s assertion thatSuperman is an immigrant, a refugee.

No, he is a survivor!

Superman is nothing like those fleeing from other countries trying to forcefully enter into other nations that also have their fair share of problems. Kal-El is one of the last survivors of his race! More than a refugee he’s an endangered species. Also he arrives in the USA as a baby. He’s raised by American parents, that build in him the values to become the superman that was his destiny, He is pro America and American values. He could not be further from the US loathing criminal migrants that surged into the US.

I used to love going to Superhero movies but that all stopped after Avengers Endgame in 2019. Post Covid, Marvel and DC went uber woke and produced unwatchable dross. I can’t see me ever going back.
