Close EVERY Migrant hotel!

Well this one was a welcome surprise for British patriots and a worrisome defeat for Yvette Cooper’s Home Office! A significant High Court ruling handed down by Mr Justice Eyre grants Epping Forest District Council a temporary injunction against the Bell Hotels owners, Somani Hotels Ltd, requiring all asylum seekers to vacate the premises by September 12. Get them out!

The council had argued that using the hotel for asylum accommodation breached planning laws, transforming it from a conventional hotel into something akin to a young offenders’ facility without proper consultation. The Judge has accepted this argument so you can imagine the cold fear that this has struck into the Home Office which is behind placing all these migrants housed in hotels.

What if OTHER Councils follow the same legal argument? There are some 32,000 illegal migrants housed in hotels at the moment – what would the Government do if they all had to close due to this legal precedent? Panic stations!

The whole controversy at this particular hotel erupted last month when Hadush Kebatu, a 41-year-old Ethiopian “asylum seeker” housed at the hotel, was charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl near the town’s high street. He was also charged with harassment and inciting sexual activity—charges that he denies, with a trial set to begin soon. Ethiopian values? Another hotel resident, Syrian national Mohammed Sharwarq, faces seven separate offences. They really don’t send their best!

This sparked protests outside the hotel, drawing thousands and with people charged for disorder and objects thrown at police. Demonstrators, waving Union flags and holding signs like “Make Epping Safe Again” and “I’m Not Far Right, I’m Worried About My Kids,” expressed their genuine fears for local safety, particularly near schools.

Of course the thoroughly rotten Home Office has fiercely opposed this injunction, warning it could “substantially impact” the national asylum hotel scheme, breach human rights, and encourage violent protests elsewhere. Isn’t that pathetic? The UK Government is breaching OUR human rights by not stopping all this illegal migration!

They also argued the ruling might set a precedent, straining resources and complicating statutory duties to house asylum seekers. Let’s hope so!

Despite a last-minute bid to intervene, the judge dismissed it as unnecessary, prioritising the council’s case on community disruption and planning violations.

Council leader Chris Whitbread has hailed the outcome as “great news” but urged restraint, noting it’s just the beginning and an appeal is possible. Conservative politicians echoed this, with MP Matt Vickers calling it a “victory for Epping” despite Labour’s blocks, emphasising deportation of illegal immigrants and women’s safety. Nigel Farage has also praised the community’s bravery against “far-right” smears, while Tory leader Kemi Badenoch and Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp criticised Labour’s border policies, predicting more councils will follow suit.

This is a real blow to the Labour Government which relies on all these hotels to put up the 50,000 invaders that have entered the UK since July 2024.
