So the position is that eight Palestine Action activists are currently on hunger strike in UK prisons, protesting their pre-trial detention and demanding fair trials, bail, and de-proscription of their group. The UK Government designated them a proscribed terrorist organisation in the UK on July 5th this year under the Terrorism Act 2000.
