Today is a momentous occasion in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine that has taken so many lives on both sides. Following the successful meeting in Alaska between Trump and Putin, Zelensky visits the White House today. I hope he will wear a suit and say thank you (!) but ahead of this meeting Trump has posted this message on Truth Social.
Trump is spelling out the facts and yet Zelensky says stupid things like this, indicating he does not want the war to end.
All his little European handlers have followed him to Washington today but they will NOT be present for the Trump-Zelensky meeting. However it is worth taking a moment to look at them because they ARE the Deep State. And yes, I am afraid that includes Meloni. She may look cute but she is 100% on board the forever war train and this lot are driving it.
Their display of solidarity with Zelensky is pathetic. It is really a desperate attempt to make them seem relevant when they are not.
Real Power lies in Washington and Moscow.
Ukraine lost this war years ago despite all the bellicose rhetoric from Brussels and London. All that needs to happen today is a reality check in Kiev and an end to hostilities is within reach.
