I was pleased to see former UK PM Liz Truss highlight the existential dangers posed to Canada by new Canadian Liberal PM Mark Carney
Truss has previously accused Carney of causing harm to the UK economy by overseeing excessive money printing during his tenure at the Bank of England (2013–2020). She argued that this contributed to economic instability, including inflation and a weakened currency, which she believes laid the groundwork for later financial troubles. I think she is absolutely right in these regards but there is much more to be concerned about!
