His message was broadcast on Iranian state TV, but Khamenei Junior did not appear in person. His message was instead read out by a newsreader.

He wasn’t heard speaking, he wasn’t seen speaking so how do we know that he is actually able to speak?
No matter, the BBC was positively tumescent with excitement.
Iran would “avenge the blood” of Iranians killed in the war with the US and Israel, Khamenei said in the statement, which also warned neighbouring countries to stop hosting US bases.
Thing is, I don’t think he said any of this, do you?
Multiple sources have reported that the new Supreme Leader is in a COMA and has had at least one leg AMPUTATED. He is understood to have lost at least one leg in the strikes and is believed to have sustained severe internal injuries, possibly to his stomach or liver. He ain’t writing speeches.
He may even be dead.
However, it may suit the Iranian Revolutionary Guard to keep up the pretence of regime continuity and so they pretend all is well even as they scramble to keep themselves alive in the face and fury of Operation Epic Fury. The US-Israeli attacks are decimating the regime but it has one steadfast ally – the western liberal media which asks no hard questions and which does everything possible to hype up the “fightback” by the Regime. Just when you thought you couldn’t hate the media more, it proves you wrong!
