I know that not everyone is a fan of Tommy Robinson but I have respect for some of the things he has done over the years and in recent times he has pulled together large gatherings of patriots in London under the “Unite the Kingdom” banner. I have spoken myself at one of these (January 2025) and can confirm that they are peaceful and well intentioned. I found a very good vibe amongst the large crowd. There is another one of these events happening this Saturday but Keir Starmer has chosen to try and undermine it.
He has branded the event a threat to “this diverse country” and vowed to keep “far‑right agitators” out. The Home Office duly excluded at least seven overseas figures, claiming their presence was “not conducive to the public good” and might inflame tensions.
In practice, this means that the left wing Labour Government is using vague public‑order “tests” to decide which viewpoints can physically enter the country. This is full on free speech censorship!
I happen to know several of these people banned from coming to the UK. These include;
-
Valentina Gomez. US based, she spoke at the September 2025 rally, warning about “rapist Muslims” Her ETA has been revoked
-
Joey Mannarino. Also US based, Joey attended Britain First’s “March for Remigration” events; His ETA has been revoked.
-
Ada Lluch. Ada is a Spanish/Catalan influencer and a vocal critic of immigration and Islam. She Spoke at the 2025 rally calling for “re-migration.”
-
Filip Dewinter. He is an elected Belgian politician.
-
Eva Vlaardingerbroek. This young Dutch lady spoke at the 2025 rally about “rape, replacement and murder” linked to migration and advocated “remigration.” Her Visa was revoked in January.
-
Don Keith. Don is another US based commentator whose ETA was revoked yesterday
-
Dominic Tarcynskski. Dominic is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament who has been a long time supporter of Tommy Robinson.
There has been no equivalent blanket move against speakers on other sides of the culture wars, proving that this awful government is targeting one set of politics rather than maintaining a neutral standard of behaviour. The bias is overt.
In his Downing Street bunker. Starmer insists this censorship shows Labour is being “tough on extremism,” but it reality it shows an intolerant Prime Minister happy to stretch immigration powers to control who can speak on British soil, rather than trusting the police to manage protests and the public to judge ideas for themselves.
If you accept that Government ministers can exclude people because their don’t like their legitimate opinions, the line between genuine security measures and politically convenient bans is breached.
Under Starmer, the UK Government suppresses all views it does not like.
I wish all attending the Event a great day and hope the turn out exceeds that from last year!
