You will all have seen the screaming headlines.
Prince Andrew has been stripped of all royal titles and honours, and will no longer be known as “Prince Andrew” but as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. King Charles initiated this process after sustained public and political pressure related to Andrew’s connections with Jeffrey Epstein and renewed controversy over abuse allegations. Andrew has also been formally instructed to vacate his 30-room Royal Lodge mansion at Windsor and is set to relocate to a smaller property on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk; although the eviction is immediate, he will be allowed to remain at Royal Lodge until early 2026
Right – let me tell you something the media won’t allow you to accept.
Andrew is innocent.
He has not been convicted of ANY crime and all that we have against him is hearsay. Did he have sex with prostitutes? I don’t know but if he did that isn’t a crime and he wouldn’t be the first royal male to indulge in such sordidness! Don’t get me wrong, I think he is low IQ pampered dummy. I know he has shown atrocious judgement in the company he kept but many other famous people hung around Epstein and they are not being pilloried in this way. Paging Bill Clinton, Bill Gates and a galaxy of others!
And when it comes to Royals hanging out with bad ‘uns, Prince Charles was mighty friendly with serial paedophile Jimmy Saville. Should Charles be stripped off his kingship and thrown out of Buckingham Palace? After all, Saville was as notorious as Epstein in many ways.
In the UK, people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
King Charles and his advisers have shown weakness and put self preservation first. Andrew may be a fool but he wouldn’t be the first Royal to be so. I watch the media salivate at his fall and am as disgusted at them, as I am at Charles, as I am at Andrew!
