When President Elect Trump nominated Matt Gaetz for Attorney General the entire country reacted. Some of us laughed, some of us cheered, some screeched in terror, but the political class had heart attacks.
Picking Gaetz showed just how drastically serious Trump is about dismantling the Justice Department. The point was driven home. The panic set in that no matter the odds and obstacles, Trump would put Gaetz in the job and all hell would break loose.
Then he picked RFK Jr. and Pete Hegseth. As one after another of Trumps big picks get announced heads snap in a million different directions. The Gaetz pick however made heads explode. It was the distraction, the perfect false flag nominee. With the pick of Gaetz, President Trump got a total read of where each member of the Senate stood in their support for his vision of what he wants to accomplish in the next four years.
Pam Bondi was always the pick for A.G.. Matt Gaetz wants to be the next Governor of Florida. Florida has a Term Limit on their Governors, Ron DeSantis is in his second and last term, the next Election for Governor is 2026. That is what Matt Gaetz is aiming for. Now with the backing of both Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis.
Using Gaetz the way he did he now knows exactly which Senators are going to cause him problems, while at the same time superbly greasing the rails to slide Pam Bondi in as Attorney General. Her record as a Prosecutor and the Attorney General for the State of Florida are outstanding. Bondi is also a hardline Conservative who knows and has stated that the 2020 Election was stolen. That stance alone would have torpedoed he nomination if she was offered up first. It will be interesting when it is brought up, if it is. Will they dare give her the spotlight to explain it to the public on the national stage of a confirmation hearing? I highly doubt it.
Putting her nomination after Gaetz gives her an almost soft glide into the position. The Senate is now even saying that they don’t have a problem with Pete Hegseth. The fun confirmation will be Tulsi Gabbard. The left after has labeled the former U.S. Representative for Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district from 2013 to 2021. military officer serving as a Lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2021, having previously served in Hawaii Army National Guard from 2003 to 2020. Well she’s in Collusion with the Russians….. I kid you not. Get out the popcorn for that hearing kiddies, it’s going to be a hell of a show.
Once again hat’s off to businessman, entertainer, turned Politician Par Excellence Donald Trump for pulling off the best Troll yet. Please Mr. President keep’em comin.
