Police Scotland say transgender suspects have the right to ask for a male officer to search one half of their body and a female officer to search the other half
WHAAAAAT?
Reading into this absolute lunacy we discover just how much the trans agenda has corrupted police thinking in Scotland. It makes we wonder about the people at the top of the Policing tree and their connections with trans activism.
Police Scotland has carried out a review in response to April’s Supreme Court landmark judgment and has now published what it calls ‘interim transgender search guidance’.
A statement described searching as a ‘complex and important area of policing’. It is nothing of the sort but if you want to pretend anatomical men are women then I guess it is a tad tricky.
Police Scotland said the force ‘must ensure that it is acting in line with its duties under the Equality Act and the Human Rights Act, and that officers and staff feel confident that they are conducting searches lawfully’. Among the new guidance is a question-and-answer section, which includes the suggestion: ‘Can a transgender detainee ask for a separate area search depending on anatomical presentation?’
And here’s the quite incredible response!
‘Yes – a transgender detainee can ask for a separate area search. This means that one half of their body will be searched by one biological sex officer and the other half of their body will be searched by a different biological sex officer.’
What the **** does THAT even mean? Are we being asked to believe that we have individuals who have male and female sets of anatomy – a kinda Caledonian Baphomet? I can see no circumstances where this is a thing but a simple chromosome test will surely enable police to determine if it is a man OR a woman. And then search on that basis,
