Around 10 days ago, we suggested that Andrew Neil knew more than he was letting on when he forecast Ukraine would “win” (In some vague INDEFINABLE way)in 2023 against Russia and then negotiate a peace deal. The Ukraine Defence Minister is now suggesting there might be negotiations with the Russians once they “win”. Putin is also suggesting negotiations “could” happen but it’s up to Ukraine. The NATO war machine is losing interest here and we will see an end to the killing in 2023.
