Speaking off the record, a senior member of the Labour shadow cabinet has said Labour would move to try and get closer to the EU, eventually even potentially rejoining it. Meanwhile the Conservatives have been floating the idea of a “Swiss style” deal that would make the entire UK subject to EU laws. It’s all deliberate and in plain sight. They never wanted OUT and the plan remains the same to get us all back IN!
