Have you watched the new Movie Citizen Vigilante? I sat down and watched it a few nights ago and really enjoyed it. It came from nowhere, I saw that Elon Musk had made it available for free for 48 hours and wondered what all the fuss was about.

It’s not a big budget movie, in fact you can see that they were trying to manage it on a budget! I think it cost ¢2m to make. It stars Armie Hammer as Michael Sanders, a former U.S. Army officer living in an unnamed European city. He becomes a vigilante who targets criminals he believes have escaped justice, while the authorities try to uncover and arrest him. The plot escalates as he gains public support for his brutal actions, as he confronts corrupt officials and judges, and as he kills several attackers and abusers. He ends it saying by that his campaign will continue until ordinary citizens learn to defend themselves

Now of course we have seen loads of Vigilante movies over the years! I can remember some of the old Western movies such as the Searchers and then movies like Dirty Harry and more recently The Punisher. They all had the same basic theme of a man intent to get justice denied and if that meant killing, so be it. It’s tough justice and it is outside the law.

Which brings us to WHY Citizen Vigilante is so powerful. It’s the first movie that I have seen that deals with current issues such as Muslim Gang Rape and it doesn’t sugar coat it. The guilty tend to meet justice in a brutal way and of course that means that the movie is described as “Islamophobic” and has been BANNED by the cucked Germans, without any explanation.

Let’s remember that this is a MOVIE, it is a work of fiction. But I think it has connected with many people who watched it and felt that it was good to see bad people finally being brought to justice. Of course in our actual society, this has to be done within the remit of the law. However if the law fails us, as it all too frequently does, then does Vigilantism become more compelling to a betrayed people? Or. do they sit back and allow their own demise?
