Yes, I know, I get it. We all desperately need an alternative to the Conservative/Labour Uniparty. Reform seemed to fill that gap last year but I now believe that whilst the rank and file membership of Reform are the salt of the earth, the Leadership of Farage/Yusuf is a dangerous and unstable.
Let me start off by playing this short clip of Reform MP Sarah Pochin explaining she has no idea what Reform policy is! She almost dropped herself further in it when she is about to say “I will chat to Nigel to find out what the right thing to say is” before catching herself. Listen at 14 seconds in. Is this how it works – they check in with the Dear Leader to know what to think?
During the same interview, she confirmed that she is in favour of Digital ID!
Tony Blair shares this same enthusiasm.

On Monday of this week, Reform indicated that they would place *some* biological men in Women’s prisons. Author JK Rowling was less than impressed by this and there was a subsequent scramble to try and gain control of the message but it remains vague with Ann Widdecombe suggesting that some “transwomen” could be held in women’s prison and others like Farage saying he was against the “idea”, whatever that means.
Look, I understand that you may feel I am quibbling with Reform just to be awkward but that’s not the case. Like you, I want a political sea-change in 2029, if not before! It’s just I no longer trust Farage and Yusuf (the others are all window dressing) Thus far this year, Farage has gotten rid of two of his five MPs, not encouraging.
By contrast, Ben Habib has started a more robust fledgling party called Advance UK. He seems to have attracted a lot of disenfranchised ex-Reform supporters as well as people like Tommy Robinson. Might it be Ben’s party that has the breakthrough? It is suggested that Advance is approaching 30,000 members, which is what Reform had going into the 2024 Election.
