Like many conservative minded people, my instincts are to support the rule of law and those who enforce it. I have family in the Police and generally speaking I try to support the Police. They have a difficult job. That instinctive support wobbled a LOT during the Covid tyranny when we saw them behaving in an authoritarian manner, and with some zeal.
Last summer saw the Police ruthlessly put down popular protest in the aftermath of the brutal killing of 3 young girls in Southport. People LIKE Lucy Connolly got three years behind bars for hurty words and the Starmer regime delighted in this authoritarian over reach.
Now let’s talk about Charlotte Hayes. Let’s hear her explicit call for murder.
“Kill them all”
You might think that this a black and white case of incitement.
Wrong.
Kent Police have decided that they will not take any more action against her.
When she told her 200,000 followers to “kill them all” she didn’t really mean it?
This is not hate speech. This is plain incitement and whoever decided to duck out of prosecution here is a coward.
It also reinforces the widespread view that we have two tier policing and two tier justice in the UK under Starmer.
