There were riots a few nights ago in the Cardiff suburb of Ely when two teenage boys driving an electric scooter were killed. Locals say it was a consequence of a Police chase, but Police denied that. Then, via social media, video evidence appeared showing what appears to be the Police in a van chasing the boys. In an age of online censorship, we may be denied such evidence in the future but truth will out!
