I have been arrested by the twitter Police in GMP for a tweet that was never sent. I was held in custody for a summary only offence breach of data protection and after 24 hours the extended the clock by 6 hours for a summary only offence even though the SUPT told me it’s indictable. When I made representations I was released within an hour have spent 25 and half hours in custody without any interview. It’s all on my twitter feed.
