  1. If you talk about an appeal for Lucy and about how everybody who has known her all her life doesn’t believe she’s capable of it, you get attacked. As a British person I sometimes wonder if Britain is a free country. Especially since we left the EU to become more of a USA lapdog. In a free country you should be able to hear opinions from all sides, but Russian news has been banned so people support the bankers who run the USA and Britain, to use the Ukraine situation to start WWIII, while we sell arms to Saudi where women don’t have full human rights.

  2. There are a few News articles from 2022 about a Countess of Chester inspection 2 years after Lucy was in prison on remand, and about departments she didn’t have anything to do with. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) found the Countess of Chester hospital’s maternity services had deteriorated to “inadequate” following the dinspection in February and March 2022. Findings showed the area is “lacking in staff” and “suitable equipment” and that the health trust failed to learn from previous safety incidents.
It said between April and November last year five patients had major haemorrhages after giving birth at the hospital, resulting in a need for unplanned hysterectomies.
Not all those incidents were reported as serious and action plans were not completed quickly, the CQC said, and one patient’s lifesaving surgery was delayed as there was no hysterectomy kit in that part of the hospital.
