There are over 10,000 Foreign Criminals in our prison system – about 12% of it. Justice Minister Mahmoud reveals a plan to deport any new such foreign criminals IF the Prison Governor says so and IF the country of origin agrees. There is also no obligation for the country of origin to imprison said criminal, so they can walk free!
